Cefla Finishing and Duspohl to showcase latest innovations while they host Tech-Together
Wednesday 09. October 2024 - Founded in the 1960s, today Düspohl is a specialist brand of Cefla Finishing, world leader in finishing technologies for many industries, including the building and furniture sectors, providing advanced turnkey solutions for substrates made of wood and its derivatives.
Next week, Düspohl will be hosting another edition of TECH-TOGETHER, the open house event for the woodworking and PVC industry which brings experts together to talk technology.
Held at the company’s Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock factory, participants will be able to explore some of the latest innovations in profile wrapping technologies, developed by Düspohl.
Roller coating, spray coating, vacuum coating and other technologies are complemented by the expertise provided by Düspohl in terms of high-performance wrapping and lamination solutions.
On October 8-9, Düspohl opens its doors to players in the woodworking industry keen to get a hands-on experience of some of the most recent machines developed by the German company.
HIGHLIGHT OF THE EVENT
MultiWrap Window 310S profile wrapping solution will be equipped with automatic format adjustment, enabling operators to save and recall set-up settings for all profiles. Fitted with a new automatic roll changer with 4 roll holders, the machine makes it fast and simple to implement frequent colour changes. Several other features will be included to enhance productivity and boost efficiency. Other machines will be working at the factory for participants to discover a variety of ancillary features such as trimming devices, granulate extruders, pre-melters, saws etc. These will be integrated into a selection of other machines.
CEFLA FINISHING
Alongside a selection of profile wrapping machines that will be showcased, we will be on site with our team from Düspohl and Cefla Finishing to illustrate spray coating technologies that are evolving in line with the latest trends and market demands for flexibility.
Faced with a need to process small batches and frequent colour changes, we have developed systems that maximise efficiency, minimise downtime and boost productivity.
