Wednesday 28. June 2023 - New, larger office will support expanding team, and include a dedicated showroom for sales and training demos. Customers of SA International are also now able to pay for software subscriptions in rupees and with local payment methods
SA International (SAi), the leading provider of software solutions for the sign making, digital printing, textile and CNC machining industries, has expanded its operations in India via re-location to a larger, more dedicated facility, while also providing easier access to its leading Flexi and EnRoute software packages.
Located in Pimpri-Chinchwad, the new premises enable SAi to further improve its focus on customer/technical support and sales by accommodating an expanding team in the country. The facility will also feature a fully-equipped showroom comprising large format printers and cutters for specialized demonstrations and training on SAi software and applications to the companys resellers and OEM network, as well as to end-users.
Access to cost effective software packages in local currency
SAis expansion in India comes in conjunction with the creation of a new India-focussed business entity “ThinkSAi Software, Pvt. Lmt.” Owned by SA International, Inc., the new company importantly enables SAi customers to undertake transactions in rupees, using local payment methods. This, together with the availability of FlexiPRINT RS and FlexiSIGN RS software will make payment via regional subscription models more cost-effective and stable for users in India. As well as having access to these tailored yet feature-rich versions of Flexi, they will no longer be affected by exchange rate fluctuation through being billed in USD.
SAis operations in India will be headed by Sales & Technical Director, Gavin Anthony who has been with the company since 2012. “SAi is constantly striving to improve not only its industry-leading software packages, but also the way in which we support our customers at the local level”, he explains. “Strengthening our team in India and enabling customers to access our software solutions easily and affordably reflects that ongoing commitment with tangible support that is guaranteed to make things easier for customers.”
Sarit Tichon, Senior Vice President Worldwide Sales for SAi, adds: “India is a region that continues to enjoy a major industrial boom, and were delighted to see this growth, and play a part in it. More and more companies are appearing in the sign and graphics and CNC machining industries in this key region, and now were much better equipped to facilitate their needs at a more personalized and local level.”
