Daniella Dahlbom new Chief People & Culture Officer at PulPac

Wednesday 22. February 2023 - PulPac today announces the appointment of Daniella Dahlbom as Chief People & Culture Officer, a new role within the company and part of the executive team. Daniella has been with PulPac in a role as HR Manager since 2021.

PulPac today announces the appointment of Daniella Dahlbom as Chief People & Culture Officer, a new role within the company and part of the executive team. Daniella has been with PulPac in a role as HR Manager since 2021. She brings 10+ years of experience in human resources, recruitment, and people operations. She will lead the HR, recruitment, culture and people team.
PulPac is scaling up operations and has grown its workforce rapidly to meet the growing demand for its unique fiber-forming technology worldwide. In her role, Daniella will lead the human resources team, drive continued growth, and help scale all elements of the organization, including culture, organizational design, talent acquisition, engagement, training and development, employee experience, and infrastructure.

Daniella brings more than a decade of experience in human resources and recruitment. In her previous role as HR Manager at PulPac, she has more than doubled the workforce. In parallel, she has, together with her team, developed organizational and human resources infrastructure and solutions ready for scale-up while securing the unique corporate culture that makes PulPac thrive.
