Tuesday 30. August 2022 - The leading manufacturer of digital cutting solutions for the global packaging, signage, point-of-sale display and production markets has further enhanced its customer service by launching a new online store that simplifies and shortens the process of ordering consumables.
With the new platform from Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems (Kongsberg PCS), companies can now minimise downtime in ordering and delivering the critical components they need to bring their designs to life.

The new cloud-based consumables platform, store.kongsbergsystems.com, is powered by Salesforce B2B and enables Kongsberg PCS to respond to concerns faster and minimise delays. “The system has also fulfilled one of our most frequent customer requests by enabling the management of multiple account groups by a single buyer,” says Stuart Fox. “There are also demo videos, advice guides and additional features available to enable easy re-ordering at the click of a mouse. In addition, customers can conveniently access their order history and information about installed products.”
“Customers can now place orders much more easily and quickly and receive their purchases without delay. Added to this are the new options to search for individual attachments, blades or other consumables,” explained Stuart Fox.
