Esko to showcase cutting-edge solutions for label workflows at this years Labelexpo
Tuesday 22. February 2022 - Innovations from end-to-end automation for label converters take centre stage. As a leading global provider of integrated software and hardware solutions for label professionals, Esko will be showcasing its portfolio of innovative products at this years Labelexpo Europe.
From 26-29 April, Esko will show visitors to the Expo in Brussels how its software and hardware solutions combine to provide the most effective, state-of-the-art workflow automation and prepress technology for label converters.
The CDI Crystal XPS 4835 flexo imaging and exposure unit, together with the innovative PlateHandler and PlateFeeder as central elements of the Esko presentation, will showcase a range of the latest integrated technologies. The latest version of the market-leading Esko Automation Engine, now available as either an on-premise installation or SaaS solution, will provide insight into the benefits of an automated prepress workflow, while the team will be showcasing for the first time the latest Flexo Engine module, which perfectly combines functionality and automation and includes a host of functionalities specifically designed to optimise prepress productivity.
“We look forward to meeting face-to-face with our partners, customers, friends and colleagues again at Labelexpo this year,” said Jan De Roeck, Director Industry Relations & Strategic Marketing, Esko.
“With the latest developments for our web-based collaboration and automation software, as well as our plate production and print inspection hardware, Labelexpo provides us with the perfect platform to demonstrate how businesses can benefit from significant efficiencies with digitisation, automation and connectivity processes.”
“With the turbulent and volatile market dynamics we are seeing today, label converters are under extreme pressure to meet ever-increasing demands for accuracy, consistency and efficiency,” he explained. “Adopting integrated hardware and software to automate and connect workflows, systems and processes offers the clearest tangible advantage to successfully meet these challenges.”
The Esko team’s exhibition stand (A35, Hall 4) will feature the latest innovations, such as new VDP enhancements to the Automation Engine, which makes it easy to integrate variable data printing requirements with just a few clicks of the mouse, and the latest developments in print colour and quality management with the solution’s AVT print inspection system. This technology will also be showcased in Labelexpo’s Automation Arena event area, where Esko will demonstrate a fully integrated, automated workflow to visitors.
“Business excellence – the value proposition of digital transformation – leads to success through operational process improvement, cost reduction and sustained customer loyalty,” says Jan De Roeck. “By developing technologies that efficiently accelerate and interconnect processes and devices, while eliminating errors and unnecessary effort, Esko enables label converters to successfully meet the challenges of today and tomorrow. At the same time, waste is minimised with a workflow based on the principle of ‘from concept to finished solution’.”
Esko looks forward to welcoming its visitors to Stand A35 in Hall 4 at Labelexpo Europe 2022.
