Bookings for printpack alger 2022 now open
Wednesday 30. June 2021 - Organised by fairtrade and Messe Duesseldorf, the 8th printpack alger will take place in parallel to plast alger from 14 to 16 March 2022 at the state-of-the-art CIC Abdelatif Rahal International Conference Centre in Algiers.
As the Algerian printing and packaging industry continues its rapid growth, many international technology leaders are again expected to exhibit at printpack alger 2022.
Valuable global support

Algeria is one of Africa’s & the Middle East’s largest importers of printing and packaging technology
Sabine Geldermann, Director drupa and Global Head Print Technologies with Messe Duesseldorf points out: “According to VDMA, Algerias imports of printing and paper technology have increased from 57 million euros in 2016 to 88 million euros in 2019. As a result, Algeria belongs to the three largest importers of printing & paper technology on the African continent, just behind Egypt and South Africa and just ahead of Nigeria.
Also, in comparison to leading importers of printing and paper technology in the Middle East, Algeria holds a leading position with 88 million euros, just behind the UAE (109 million), but still ahead of Saudi Arabia (84 million), Israel (83 million) and Iran (41 million). The most important supplier countries are Germany, Italy, China, France, Switzerland, Spain, Netherlands, Turkey, UK, Belgium, USA and Austria.”
