Annie Tighe, Managing Director of Lighthouse Display said: “We already had access to suitable material via Antalis and have the die cutting capacity and knowledge – so it made sense to switch business to the manufacture of this vital equipment. Antalis, as an existing supplier, was able to provide the right material quickly so we could start immediate production.”
The face visors are made from a range of gloss clear materials such as polyester and Staufen PVC to ensure maximum hygiene and a high degree of optimal clarity, making them suitable for all environments including healthcare. The visors are lightweight and easy to use, and provide effective protection to the face. “To date we have manufactured and sold 150,000 visors, 75,000 of which have gone directly to the NHS”, added Helen.
