Monday 24. July 2017 - Cartes will show the GEMINI 360 SERIES, a solution which allows customers to combine as per their needs among: FLEXO unit in fully-rotarysemi-rotary version, SEMI-ROTARY die cutting unit and the well-known CARTES CO2 SEMISEALED Laser Source with NO factory refilling needed.

We will be waiting for you on our booth for showing the last frontier of the laser converting technology with enhanced flexibility and features thanks to the I.L.C. – Invisible Laser Cutting NOW AVAILABLE IN THE DUAL LASER VERSION with fast job changeover, renovated Laser Software and Interface.
Furthermore, a GEMINI LASER machine in the right to left format will be unveiled in order to complete the “versatility of this series.
CARTES first has developed and commercialized the LASER solution applied to self- adhesive label die-cutting.
Already “pioneers” in this market, Cartes has brought this technology to the next, patenting a device named: ILC – INVISIBLE LASER CUTTING that makes it possible to die- cut dark printed labels without the typical and unsightly “white edge” plus a “bunch” of many other advantages.
In addition, we will also show a couple of machines of the well-known and appreciated GT360 SERIES for printing and embellishment on which the new FLEXO VARNISHING module increases its versatility thanks to the interchangeable printing cylinders.
