Cooperation partners BST eltromat International GmbH, manufacturer of quality assurance systems for the web processing industry, and Euromac Costruzioni Meccaniche s.r.l., manufacturer for slitters and rewinders, present at K Show how to optimize converting processes. In Hall 3 (Booth D33) EUROMAC shows among other things the doctor rewinder EUROMAC CB800, which is equipped with BST eltromat systems iPQ-Check (for 100% inspection) and iPQ-Workflow. In a live performance visitors will experience how to work efficiently and to produce accurately.

As a longtime customer of BST eltromat, EUROMAC has installed the quality assurance systems iPQ-Check and iPQ-Workflow on a demo machine. The doctor rewinder EUROMAC CB800 can un- and rewind various materials from 50 – 800 mm width, with running speeds up to 500 m/min. With its high-performance line scan cameras iPQ-Check inspects the printed materials and delivers detailed color image data across the entire print format. In this context, iPQ-Check distinguishes between process-related and sporadic errors, which are all reliably recorded. Together with the module iPQ-Workflow the doctor rewinder will be stopped at the detected errors in order to eliminate the defects. Different configuration options guarantee comfort and high productivity for customers.

In Hall 4 (Booth C34) BST eltromat International presents a wide range of innovative and proven solutions for quality management and control in the web processing industry for products made of plastic and rubber. Customers will be informed about the different modules of the iPQ-Center, iPQ-Check for 100% inspection, iPQ-View for video web inspection and iPQ-Spectral for inline spectral color measurement, which is the basis for a continuous optimization in printing processes.
