Alphasonics to reveal Anilox Control

Tuesday 25. August 2015 - This year's Labelexpo Europe sees the launch of Anilox Control as the new standard from Alphasonics (stand 7B41).

After a hugely successful European show in 2013 and Americas in 2014, the Liverpool-based cleaning equipment manufacturer will be reveal how its technologies are designed to ensure the effective management of aniloxes that go beyond simple cleaning.

As well as its highly popular ultrasonic anilox cleaning systems, Alphasonics will look to showcase new developments which the company hails as the ‘answer to the flexographic cleaning problem’ with brand new parts and plate washing systems. This launch is the culmination of months of development which encompass new approaches and new features.

Alongside this, following the highly successful launch of ‘Active Cavitation’ at Labelexpo Europe last time out, a new technology which alternates between varying ultrasonic frequencies in one cleaning cycle will receive its debut in Brussels.

On the booth, Alphasonics will also be broadcasting its highly successful anilox roll cleaning trial ‘Safe With Sound’ which was recently streamed live from its facility. The purpose for the trial was to address myths surrounding anilox roll damage, which proved a huge hit with viewers worldwide.
