Shuttleworth hosts its Annual User Meetings to help customers improve efficiencies

Thursday 13. August 2015 - Shuttleworth recently hosted a series of User Meetings to highlight how customers can use their MIS to improve efficiencies and increase profits.

Working in partnership with ROI360 and Heidelberg, the 2015 User Meetings primarily demonstrated how using the latest MIS technology can really help print businesses ‘Improve Efficiencies in Print’. The focus for the days included reducing admin time, increasing profitability, creating new sales, integrating systems and improving overall efficiency.

Attendees were also able to take full advantage of free advice, and to discover how they could use their software to help them win new business using Web to Print Marketing Portal via ROI360 software. They also provided a great networking opportunity for clients to exchange thoughts, views and ideas on how other customers are using MIS.

The User Meetings gave customers useful everyday tips on getting the most out of their MIS investment whilst acting as a reminder about recent new developments such as the CRM App, Mobile Stock, Scheduling updates and the ‘Milestones Job Tracking’ functionality and the brand new ‘System Search’.

Also on display were examples of how ‘Shuttleworth Plus’, a team of highly specialist software developers, dedicated to delivering bespoke software that can help with improving efficiencies. Customers were shown how bespoke imports and exports have helped customers save time, reduce administration and reduce errors. Examples of bespoke dashboards and reports were shown and the Shuttleworth team demonstrated how they can also help save time and improve efficiencies.
