Printing Association of Florida Honors Top Printing and Graphic Communications Firms at 27th Annual Florida Print Award Celebration

Friday 01. August 2014 - Two Florida companies captured a "Benny" Award at the National Level

On July 25, the Printing Association of Florida honored 38 of Florida’s top printing and graphic communications firms who collectively submitted 455 entries, for a chance to receive a coveted Florida Print Award trophy. Nine schools across Florida were also represented, submitting a total 124 entries. All winners celebrated at the annual Florida Print Awards banquet and reception held during the Print Management Conference at the Buena Vista Palace Hotel & Spa in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
In addition, two Florida companies — Rinaldi Printing and Roberts Quality Printing — received a “Benny” Award at the national level at the Premier Print Awards, produced by the Printing Industries of America. The highest honor of the competition is the “Benny” statue, which has become a universally recognized symbol for excellence in the printing industry.
The Florida Print Awards promotes excellence in the industry by recognizing individuals, companies, and organizations producing the very best in print media. All winning entries are displayed during the Print Management Conference at the Hall of Winners showcase. Winners are also published in the Florida Print Awards Winners Booklet, and in PAF’s Graphics Update magazine. The competition is open exclusively to PAF members.
“Year over year, we receive more impressive submissions, producing more winners, at the Florida Print Awards,” says George Ryan, President, PAF and GOA. “There is such an overwhelming degree of talent from Florida printers and graphic firms, that this has become one of the most anticipated events of the year. A hearty congratulations to all who participated, and all who received awards!”
