IBIS celebrates 15th anniversary

May 2014 marks a proud moment in our distinguished history – the 15th anniversary of IBIS Bindery Systems. We are a company that is dedicated to bringing our customers a competitive advantage through innovative print-finishing solutions addressing individual customer requirements.
IBIS was originally formed by senior managers and engineers with over 200 man-years of combined experience of book binding machine design and manufacture in the conventional offset-print world. We have directed all this experience and know-how to creating innovative book finishing systems for high-speed digital web printers. The original founders of the IBIS, including myself, are still actively involved in the day-to-day operational running of the IBIS business.
Over the years we have developed lasting partnerships with all the major printer vendors and other international vendors . We are dedicated to providing these resellers and our end-user customers around the world with high performance, heavy duty and reliable book finishing systems – for both saddle- and perfect- bound books – that contain unique features and user advantages. Based close to Heathrow, just outside London UK, 90% of our business is conducted overseas of which around 40% is in the US market.
We are rightly proud of our heritage in the print finishing industry and our ability to maintain the highest standards in performance, quality and customer care. With a healthy order book we are looking forward to many more years of successful business for IBIS and our clients.
