Shaun Nayler to front print sales for technotrans
Tuesday 20. May 2014 - One of the first tasks undertaken by Shaun Nayler in his new role of UK sales executive for technotrans will be to deliver an iPad to Robert Stone of Print Projects. Robert Stone's name was drawn first from all the printers who placed orders with technotrans at Ipex.
Shaun Nayler new sales role will make good use of his seven years with the company across both service and sales support roles.
Peter Benton, managing director, says: “I am really pleased we can develop someone from within the company and this sales position will make good use of Shaun’s acquired knowledge of the company. He is a real asset and we are investing further in his training because we recognise that he has a strong future with the company.”
Shaun is already well known to customers on the phone but he is looking forward to moving from a response role to a position where he can be more proactive.
“Peripherals aren’t just a ‘nice to have’ item and I look forward to presenting customers with the opportunity to see a really valuable return on investment. A customer moving from cartridges to ink pumping might well achieve an ROI in under two years, for instance. I want the opportunity to present the business case for our portfolio of equipment and service support products,” says Shaun.
Shaun started in spare parts before moving to the equipment side. He likes working for technotrans, a company with a proven and trusted reputation in the graphic arts field. Away from work his hobbies are football and fitness.
