Chesapeake and Multi Packaging Solutions, Inc. Complete Merger

Wednesday 19. February 2014 - The merger of Multi Packaging Solutions (MPS) and Chesapeake has now been formally completed.

The merger unites two leaders in the print and packaging industry with complementary products, locations and manufacturing capabilities.
The newly formed company creates an extensive global network strategically positioned to service the healthcare, consumer, personal care, confectionery, premium drinks, and multi-media markets with over 50 manufacturing locations in the US, Europe, and Asia.
