Office Gemini, a market leader and innovator in document management and scanning technologies, has certified the Epson() WorkForce() Pro GT-S55, WorkForce Pro GT-S85, and WorkForce DS-30 document scanners to support two of its key software solutions — DOKMEE and Diamond Vision. The Office Gemini software and Epson hardware solution ensure customers receive a robust and complete document management system to improve workplace productivity and organization.
Office Gemini software is designed with a user-friendly interface to meet the needs of small-to-medium sized businesses in a range of verticals including government, financial, and education, among others. The software works seamlessly with high-speed and robust Epson document scanners to capture scanned information at a high velocity. DOKMEE is a document management system providing electronic management and organization of scanned files. DOKMEE is delivered in three distinct modules including Professional and Enterprise editions, ideal for performing in a fast-paced, document-heavy environment that requires organized, easily-searchable files. Diamond Vision is an all-inclusive scanning solution that provides powerful production level image and data capture without limitations.

The WorkForce Pro GT-S55 and GT-S85 are versatile workgroup or departmental sheet-fed scanners with the ability to scan everything from business cards to rigid ID cards to documents up to 8.5″ x 36″. The scanners also offer blazingly fast scan speeds: 40 ppm (pages per minute) and 80 ipm(1) (images per minute) for the GT-S85 and 25 ppm and 50 ipm for the GT-S55. The sheet-fed scanners feature dual-color CCD for fast two-sided duplex scanning, automatic paper size detection, and mercury-free ReadyScan() LED technology for fast scans with no warm-up time. They also offer robust duty cycles – up to 2,000 pages per day for the GT-S55 and up to 3,000 pages per day for the GT-S85 – for increased productivity and reliable performance.
Weighing less than 12 ounces, the portable Epson WorkForce DS-30 also offers a robust feature set for end-users typically on the road and in need of the convenience of a reliable, portable scanning solution. One of the most notable features of the WorkForce DS-30 is the inclusion of the TWAIN driver, the industry standard for scanning software, which allows customizable software for integration into third-party Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software – such as Office Gemini’s DOKMEE or Diamond Vision software – in virtually any vertical market, such as real estate, healthcare and education.
