Houston Chronicle Names Vice President Of Audience Development
Monday 03. September 2012 - Linda Schaible to head market research, consumer marketing and strategic planning efforts
Veteran marketing and research professional Linda Schaible has joined Houston Chronicle Media Group as vice president of audience development. In this newly formed role, Schaible will lead the company’s pricing strategy, data analysis, strategic planning and consumer marketing efforts.
“Providing relevant, timely and compelling news and information to our 2.3 million readers and thousands of advertising customers is our top priority,” Chronicle president John T. O’Loughlin said. “Linda’s expertise in identifying market needs will ensure we get the right products on the right platforms into the right hands at the right times.”
Schaible is an award-winning marketing executive with proven leadership experience in media companies ranging from Tribune Interactive, where she was vice president of product development, to A.C. Nielsen Company, where she began her career in market research. Most recently, she served as vice president of operations and technology at World Web Partners in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

Schaible holds a BS in marketing and advertising from University of New Orleans.
