Mathias Bäuerle GmbH: Long-established company is searching for investors
Tuesday 31. July 2012 - The manufacturer of inserting and folding machines, that recently was forced to file insolvency, is looking for a new investor. The local court of Villingen-Schwenningen appointed the lawyer Martin Mucha from the Stuttgart law firm Grub Brugger & Partner as preliminary insolvency administrator.
Application for insolvency became necessary because of the sluggish incoming orders situation during the last few months. Before the drupa, which was held in Düsseldorf in May, customers had been reluctant to place orders. However, already during and after the fair the receipt of orders has stabilised. This means that the signs are promising for the economic survival and successful restructuring of the company.
Business operations of Mathias Bäuerle GmbH will continue under the supervision of a preliminary insolvency administrator. The search for a suitable investor for Mathias Bäuerle GmbH has already started and initial talks with interested parties have already taken place.
