GRONINGER PURCHASE NEWMAN NV2 LABELLER FOR MIDDLE EAST CUSTOMER

Monday 09. July 2012 - Groninger gmbh & co has purchased an NV2 labelling machine from Newman Labelling Systems for inclusion in an integrated processing line for a customer in the Middle East.

Renowned for its premium fully automatic processing lines and high speed syringe and vial labelling machines, Groninger turned to Newman when looking for a medium speed labelling solution. Newman and Groninger share the same values; high technical standards, flexibility and reliability of machines and first rate customer service, making them a good fit.
One of Newman’s mid range labelling system, the NV2 was specified for Groninger’s new production line solution to label 10, 20, 50 and 100ml glass vials measuring 25-50mm in diameter at a speed of 100cpm.
The NV2 has been supplied by Newman with an overprint coder, label print code presence checker and missing label detection with failsafe control to reject faulty items.
A highly versatile labelling system, the NV2 is not only suitable for use with glass vials, but can also be used to apply an exceptionally wide range of paper and clear film labels on to cylindrical, rectangular, square or oval containers, in glass, plastic or composite materials, from 10mm dia. to 150mm dia.
The NV2 is available exclusively from Newman Labelling Systems, a leading manufacturer of specialised labelling machines for the pharmaceutical industry, with a customer base that includes the world’s top ten pharmaceutical companies. All purpose built systems are fully compliant with FDA cGMP requirements and can be supplied with validation completed up to PQ.
