Canon Ranks Among the Most Admired Companies for 2011
Friday 29. April 2011 - Underscoring its long-standing commitment to its customers, products and employees, Canon U.S.A., Inc., a leader in digital imaging, today proudly announced it ranks among the top five companies in the computer industry and in the Asia/Pacific region on Fortune Magazine's 2011 World's Most Admired Companies list.
According to the new rankings, Canon achieved the number five position in the computer industry, moving up one spot from last year, and the number four position in Japan as well as the Asia/Pacific region overall, marking the highest ranking to-date for the Company.

Fortune’s Most Admired List is considered a definitive report card on corporate reputation and industry perception. A total of 673 companies from 32 countries were surveyed and a variety of executives, directors and analysts rated companies on nine different criteria’s ranging from investment value to social responsibility.
