Practical Photography Magazine wrap for Bauer Media

Thursday 21. April 2011 - Sometimes quality of image is paramount: one such example is the wrap for a leading photography magazine, whose readers expect excellent pictures and print quality. But, of course, printing the wrap for a monthly magazine means that deadlines are always tight, so reliability and delivery is equally important.

Polyprint produces over 50,000 wraps per month for this publication, printed on 38 micron CPP in eight colours. The scans provided by the magazine are, naturally, of extremely high quality, and they expect this to be reflected in the finished product. The whole process, from order to delivery, takes less than two weeks.
The December 2008 wrap swept the board at the 2009 European Flexographic Technical Association (EFTA) Awards, winning the Gold Award for Best Medium Web, as well as the coveted Gold Award for ‘Best in Show’ (the Polyprint team is pictured receiving the award, right).
