Ricoh Asia Pacific Announces the Integration with InfoPrint Solutions Asia Pacific to Enhance Production Print Business

Friday 08. April 2011 - In accordance to Ricoh Company, Ltd’s announcement of realignment of its production print resources with the formation of Ricoh Production Print Solutions on April 4, 2011, Ricoh Asia Pacific Pte Ltd announced today on the integration of InfoPrint Solutions Asia Pacific into Ricoh Asia Pacific organization to form a new Production Printing Business Group (PPBG).

The new PPBG gathers production print resources in the AP region in order to more effectively and efficiently approach this highly competitive marketplace and to better offer and serve the current and future customers. The new business group will deliver greater customer value by bringing together global, regional and local Ricoh resources to develop, market, sell and support industry leading end-to-end solutions for production customers.
PPBG AP will be led by Mr. Winston Liu, formerly Vice President and General Manager of InfoPrint Solutions Asia Pacific. Mr. Winston Liu will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy in the AP region, and to expand Ricoh Asia Pacific’s production printing business which covers Continuous Forms solutions, Cutsheet solutions, Wide Format solutions, Professional Services and Software and Solutions offerings, and Industrial Product solutions. This new business group will be supported directly by Ricoh Production Print Solutions headquarters in United States to expand production printing business in AP region.
Ricoh subsidiaries in AP region will now able to offer a full comprehensive range of production printing products and solutions from high end Continuous Forms to Professional Services and Software/Solutions. The full integration in geography country level will be worked out over the next several months, and this will be determined by each country’s business model.
