Kodak Boosts Service and Support Business Through New Service Industry Association (SIA) Membership
Tuesday 05. April 2011 - Executive-level, professional service alliances enable service practitioners and other high-tech industry experts to provide customers with new insights and innovative approaches to delivering effective business service strategies.
Kodak recently joined the prestigious Service Industry Association (SIA), a non-profit association comprised of more than 20,000 service professionals, including manufacturers, independent service providers and resellers. The new membership expands KODAK Service and Supports abilities to share SIAs service industry knowledge with customers, industry partners and resellers, via networking opportunities, professional training and technical seminars.

The SIA hosts the Service Industry Executive Summit for Service Leaders, themed “Profitable Service Excellence in the New Decade,” April 3-5 at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas. The annual summit is open to all SIA members and will discuss popular industry topics such as: characteristics to attract new customers, how to profit from strong ethical standards in service business, and how the new tax laws and elimination of tax cuts in 2011 will affect businesses.
