Epson WorkForce Pro GT Scanners Earn Certification for Integration with Laserfiche Enterprise Content Management Solutions

February 2011 - Epson WorkForce Pro GT document scanners continue to expand into a wider range of markets and business applications resulting from adoption by leading independent software vendors (ISVs). Most recently, the Epson WorkForce Pro GT-S50 and GT-S80 scanners earned certification from Laserfiche for their smooth integration with the company's enterprise content management (ECM) solutions.

The Epson WorkForce Pro scanners give education, finance, healthcare, and state/local government organizations a new generation of high-speed scanning technology that further enhances productivity, ease-of-use, and reliability when used in combination with Laserfiche ECM. Both scanners feature Epson’s exclusive ReadyScan LED technology that virtually eliminates waiting time for the scanner to warm up. They also feature a unique LCD on the front panel that shows users exactly which scan job/configuration has been selected.

Epson WorkForce Pro scanners are optimized for small- to medium-size businesses, or a single department within a larger organization. Laserfiche ECM systems are designed to give IT managers central control over their information infrastructure, including standards, security and auditing, while still offering business units the flexibility to react quickly to changing conditions.
