Rossel Group – La Voix du Nord Group gathers all cross-media publishing in a CCI NewsGate data center

Monday 31. January 2011 - Leading Belgian/French media group Rossel - La Voix du Nord has entered into an agreement with CCI for a NewsGate data center solution. NewsGate will serve as the editorial cockpit for all print and digital media published by the group in Belgium and in France.

The NewsGate data center will host all print and digital media offerings including the Belgian national dailies Le Soir – Sudpresse and the French regional dailies of the Group La Voix Du Nord. The NewsGate solution will cover 900 concurrent users and replace current Atex Hermes installations.

Another important element in the Rossel Group’s digital media strategy is the development of a Drupal-based online publishing platform that will be carried out by Audaxis, a subsidiary of the Rossel Group. Through a two-way integration between Drupal and NewsGate, editorial users will, however, be able to work exclusively out of NewsGate’s cross-media publishing environment.
