Momentive Specialty Chemicals To Raise Prices for Allyl Chloride, Epichlorohydrin, Epoxy Resins and Bisphenol A in the Americas

Thursday 13. January 2011 - Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. today announced price increases for a number of its products in the Americas, driven by continued cost increases for key raw materials.

Effective January 15, 2011, or as contracts allow, Momentive will increase the prices of allyl chloride and epichlorohydrin by 10 cents per pound.
Effective February 1, 2011, or as contracts allow, the company will increase prices for Epoxy Resins and Bisphenol A, as follows:
