EOH Expands Role within Kofax Global Partner Program
Monday 10. January 2011 - Platinum Partner to Distribute Kofax Solutions Throughout South Africa
Kofax plc (LSE: KFX), the leading provider of document driven business process automation solutions, today announced that EOH, a South Africa based provider of business and technology solutions across all major industry markets, has expanded its role as a Platinum Partner within the Kofax Global Partner Program, adding the right to resell Kofax’s entire solution portfolio to value added resellers (VARs) and system integrators in South Africa, in addition to reselling Kofax products to end users.
The new agreement allows the Kofax VAR and Platinum Partner to distribute Kofax products to other resellers throughout South Africa, expanding Kofax’s reach to end user customers. EOH is one of the largest IT service providers on the African continent, with hundreds of enterprise customers. The agreement makes EOH one of the few members of the Kofax Global Partner Program that can act as both a reseller and distributor.
