Given to just the top two percent of companies within the BizRate Network, awards are offered to companies with higher than average customer service ratings based on surveys. Each survey looks at factors like overall purchase satisfaction, how easy it was to find the product, whether or not the purchase met their expectations after they received it, and customer support.
