Wednesday 08. December 2010 - Under the theme 'Think Label' at this year's Labelexpo India, UPM Raflatac is highlighting the expanding range of advanced label materials which combine performance, eco-friendliness and economy with uncompromising quality. In addition to the newly launched RP 31 Purus adhesive and other solutions for pharmaceuticals labelling, UPM Raflatac is presenting several product innovations for textile, beverage and cosmetics labelling.

RP 31 Purus for pharmaceutical performance
As the Indian pharmaceutical companies are fast expanding their global presence, UPM Raflatac is committed to helping them satisfy the specific needs and the strictest requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. The latest introduction for the Indian market is RP 31 Purus, a new non-migrating, proprietary adhesive, which provides uncompromising adhesion and environmental resistance. RP 31 Purus is suitable for the most demanding pharmaceutical applications, including products with small diameters and curved surfaces. Moreover, it performs equally well on different labelling substrates – from PP, PE and glass to low-density polyethylene which is used especially in squeezable nose or eye drop containers.
