Kofax to Provide Enterprise Capture Solution to Rohm and Haas

Kofax plc (LSE: KFX), the leading provider of document driven business process automation solutions, today announced that Rohm and Haas, a leading global manufacturer of chemical products and materials, has selected Kofax software as its enterprise capture platform. The value of the initial contract to Kofax exceeds $400,000.
Rohm and Haas will implement Kofax Capture, Kofax VirtualReScan (VRS) and Kofax Monitor to scan approximately one million pages of invoices and related financial documents it receives annually at 50 sites. The images will then be indexed at a shared services center and routed to a repository for easy access. The Kofax solution will enable the company to automate and standardize document capture across its enterprise, establish a reliable platform for disaster recovery and high availability, and decrease manual operations, enhance data quality and reduce costs.
