Eastman Increases Eastman Glycol Prices on January 1

Monday 06. December 2010 - Eastman Chemical Company is increasing prices on the following products effective Jan. 1, or as contracts allow. These increases are due to increased market demand and operating costs, particularly in raw materials, energy and freight.

Eastman NPG 90 Glycol : Off-list price increase of $US 0.06 /lb (€ 0.10/kg ($US 0.135/kg, $US 0.06/lb) ) in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Eastman NPG Glycol Platelets : Off-list price increase of $US 0.06 /lb (€ 0.10/kg ($US 0.135/kg, $US 0.06/lb) ) in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Eastman TMPD Glycol : List and off-list price increase of $US 0.08 /lb (€ 0.13/kg ($US 0.18/kg, $US 0.08/lb) ) in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Eastman HPHP Glycol : List and off-list price increase of $US 0.10 /lb (€ 0.17/kg ($US 0.22/kg, $US 0.10/lb) ) in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
