The El Colombiano newspaper is now available for iPhone and Android through the Protecmedia viewer

The El Colombiano newspaper now has a version available for iPhone and for mobile devices which use Android as their operating system, which can be downloaded from Apple Store and the Android store free of charge. For this purpose, the newspaper chose to rely on the specific visor created by Protecmedia for such media. In this way, readers of El Colombiano can now access its news items through these mobile devices in a simple and intuitive manner.
The viewer allows the user to browse the newspaper’s different news stories and sections via a series of top tabs, and also to customise the view of the sections in his device in a simple manner according to his preferences, with only those that he selects being shown.
As well as viewing the news, the reader may carry out searches to select the subjects that most interest him, and also save his preferred news items in favourites so that he can consult them whenever he so wishes. In the same way, it is possible to move from a news item to its webpage equivalent through a simple click. In addition, news can be sent to contacts quickly and easily from the same viewer.
