Short deadlines cause no problems for Druckagentur Hand & Fuß

Wednesday 24. November 2010 - Printing office Hand & Fuß in Mönchengladbach has the appropriate technique for each print job. The company has many years of experience and guarantees its clients short terms of delivery. The business, consisting of a team of 14 specialized workers, has a strong position in a market that requires speed and quality.

Rainer Steffens founded Druckagentur Hand & Fuß op in 1992. The company initially functioned as a wholesaler of advertising material, but the focus shifted throughout the years to the production of this material. “We regularly encountered difficulties to deliver e.g. gadgets in a short term. Our supplies couldn’t handle the short deadlines. That’s why we decided to start printing and engraving advertising items ourselves, so that we were able to help our clients with short-term requests. Soon we got a lot of requests to quickly deliver small amounts,” says Rainer Steffens.

Today, Hand & Fuß specializes in various techniques: tampon printing, laser engraving, 3D scanning, transfer printing and digital printing. Rainer Steffens: “We know our clients’ needs really good. Moreover, we speak their language. We don’t irritate them with technical details, but offer them the most optimal solution for their request.”

The company owns two Roland printers. They use the LEC-330 to print labels and cardboard for packaging. The XC-540 is mainly used to personalize all sorts of advertising material. “We chose Roland because we had good experiences with the brand and because the service network is well established. We use the printer for diverse print jobs and are very pleased with the machines and the print results”, says Rainer Steffens.
