Eastman Increases ALCOHOLS Prices on December 1

Tuesday 16. November 2010 - Eastman Chemical Company is increasing prices on the following products effective Dec. 1, or as contracts allow.

These increases are due to increased market demand and operating costs, particularly in raw materials, energy and freight.

Eastman Isopropyl Alcohol : Off-list price increase of $US 0.05 /lb ($US 0.05/lb ($US 0.11/kg) ) globally.
Eastman n-Propyl Alcohol : Off-list price increase of $US 0.05 /lb ($US 0.05/lb ($US 0.11/kg) ) globally.
