Anke Schäferkordt, CEO of RTL, nominated to the Supervisory Board of BASF SE

Friday 22. October 2010 - The Supervisory Board of BASF SE has made the following announcement:

Anke Schäferkordt (47), Chief Executive Officer, Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland und RTL Television, is to be appointed to the Supervisory Board of BASF SE effective December 17, 2010, succeeding Stephen K. Green. Eggert Voscherau, Chairman of the Supervisory Board will nominate her to the Commercial Register Court of the City of Ludwigshafen.
