RBA Revistas and Edipresse Hymsa merge their activities, creating the leading magazine publisher in Spain

Monday 20. September 2010 - RBA Revistas and Edipresse Hymsa have reached an agreement to merge their magazine publishing activities.

The new company will be called RBA Edipresse S.A. and will regroup the current activities of both entities. RBA Edipresse will be the leading publishing company in Spain in terms of the number of titles, circulation, audience and a gross turnover of over 250 million Euros.
