Mohawk Sponsors Businesswomens Sustainability Leadership Summit
Thursday 16. September 2010 - Mohawk is proud to sponsor the Womens Network for a Sustainable Futures seventh annual Businesswomens Sustainability Leadership Summit held on October 5, from 12-6pm in New Yorks Institute of International Education.

Now what?” focuses on translating sustainability initiatives into the workplace, asking questions such as, “How are customer values changing? What can companies do to keep up?” and “How does a business develop long-term strategies to think globally and act locally in todays environment?”
Melissa Stevens, National Business Development Manager, Mohawk Fine Papers, sees the summit as a great opportunity. “As a certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise, Mohawk truly understands the importance of strong women leadership,” said Stevens. “The Womens Network For A Sustainable Futures Annual Business summit provides an opportunity for us to be inspired by, learn from and work with women business leaders from around the world, to enhance Mohawks commitment to sustainability.”
