Pitney Bowes to Host Worldwide Customer Summit

Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE:PBI) today announced the agenda for its annual Customer Summit on September 13-15. Under the banner “1ntegrate to Grow, Optimize and Outperform,” the event is hosted by the company’s Document Messaging Technologies (DMT) business unit in Danbury, CT. This year’s event will offer summit attendees the opportunity to view the Pitney Bowes IntelliJet Production Print System in operation at the company’s Customer Innovation Center in Shelton, CT.

Participants at the summit will hear from Pitney Bowes experts about new ways to integrate hardware, software, and services to deliver superior performance from printing and mailing operations. The event also includes opportunities to hear directly from print, mail and marketing industry leaders in innovative customer panel discussions.

Ramesh Ratan, president of Pitney Bowes DMT and the former chief operating officer of the Direct Marketing Association, will deliver the keynote address. “There is a relentless focus in business today on maximizing revenue opportunities while minimizing costs,” said Ratan. “We want to share with our customers some of the leading practices we see around the printing and mailing industry. Our goal is to give every attendee solid, practical information they can bring back to their company to help drive immediate results.”
