Crawford Technologies announces new partnership with Docuplus
Wednesday 14. July 2010 - Crawford Technologies Inc., a leader in print-stream transformation and document re-engineering software solutions, is delighted to announce a new partnership with Docuplus, who becomes an official reseller of CrawfordTechs award-winning software in the United Kingdom.
Docuplus and their team of industry experts will strengthen CrawfordTechs market and customer coverage as the company looks to continue its strong growth in Europe.
Crawford Technologies, headquartered in Toronto, Canada, produces award-winning software used by numerous international government agencies and the worlds leading banking, insurance, telecommunications, utilities and service provider companies.
The CrawfordTech suite of products, which includes the PRO Document Enhancer software family that enhances legacy computer output with Transpromo messaging, barcodes, QR codes and mailing controls, will be marketed by Docuplus across the United Kingdom.
“Our customers rely on our software to help drive millions of statements and other transactional documents to their clients every month. In an important and mission-critical environment such as this, it is vital that we can rely on the experienced and market-aware people at Docuplus to support our efforts across the European region,” says Stewart Rogers, General Manager for European Operations for Crawford Technologies.
Colin Richards, Managing Director at Docuplus adds, “This new relationship with Crawford fits very well with our long term objectives of providing best-of-breed software solutions that help companies with customer communication issues. Legacy systems have typically been unavailable for customer communication improvement without major changes to the systems that produce them.
“Utilising the Crawford Technologies solutions combined with Docuplus knowledge and expertise, these systems can be made accessible to Transpromo techniques in a fraction of the time and cost it would take to re-develop the system at the raw data level.” adds Richards.
