Océ extends its Managed Print Services across other European countries

Following the successful launch of its Managed Print Services offering in the Netherlands, UK and USA, Océ is now accelerating the Europe-wide consolidation of its proven document management capabilities. Océ Managed Print Services enable customers to control the costs of their enterprise-wide printing activities and benefit from best practices in print and document workflows. By transferring all or part of the responsibility for their print and document processes to Océ, customers can free up time and resources and focus on their own core business activities.

MPS the next logical step for Océ
Océ Managed Print Services is a further development of Océ’s current service offerings. “MPS is not new to Océ but merely the logical next step,” says Jo Bleser, Vice President Business Development of Océ Managed Print Services. “It extends our business model with the current market need. Our own direct sales force and service organization, our long experience in the printing industry and the solid MPS infrastructure are the perfect foundation to take Océ’s MPS to a higher level for corporate and institutional customers.”

The Transition phase then ensures controlled migration to the desired situation, translating the customer’s corporate print policy into optimal products and services implementation. Finally, during Operations, the defined management tasks and services are delivered on a daily basis with the emphasis on continuous improvement.

The total process is based on proven, standard methodologies: the Océ Performance Program, during Assessment; PRINCE2 during Transition; and ITIL during Operations.
