EFI Name VBS Exclusive Print MIS Distributor for the Nordic Region

Thursday 03. June 2010 - VBS to offer EFI Pace and PrintFlow for business process automation

EFI announced today that VBS, a leading distributor serving Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark will be its exclusive distributor for the Nordic language versions of EFI Pace print management system and PrintFlow, EFI’s dynamic scheduling tool for optimising business operations.

Located in Stockholm, Sweden, VBS provides document management solutions for printing companies and in-plant operations.

EFI Pace is an integrated, scalable, browser-based print shop management programme. It includes modules for estimating, production management, inventory and fulfillment, purchasing, data collection, integrated accounting, and more.

EFI PrintFlow is a dynamic scheduling tool that closes process gaps, adjusts to rapidly changing conditions and optimises the entire business operation. Printflow uses the concepts of lean manufacturing and the theory of global constraints to ensure that printing capacity and throughput is utilsed to its fullest potential.
