CANON INDIA SPONSORS INDIAN INTERNATIONAL DAY AT IPEX 2010
Friday 30. April 2010 - The Ipex 2010 organisers have announced that the Indian International Day, to be held on May 20th, will be sponsored by Canon India. The day will be structured so that visitors and exhibitors can gain the greatest benefit. For instance, exhibitors will have a special emphasis that day on providing speakers, resources and material relevant to that important area of the world.
“Canon has had a long and fruitful association with Ipex South Asia and we are delighted to take this relationship forward,” says Puneet Datta, Assistant Director – Marketing, Canon India. “India is a very important market to Canon and so far this year we have had a tremendous response. This focussed day will enable us to discuss emerging trends in the digital printing arena and provide a highly effective platform to showcase Canons technological supremacy to our professional print customers.”
As part of Indian International Day, Canon India will host an exclusive evening for 200 selected customers and prospects. Each International Day will begin in the International Visitors Lounge in Hall 12 with a welcome reception hosted by a regional key industry figure. There will also be an overview of the shows highlights plus briefings on topics of particular interest to that specific region/country.
“Different countries have varying priorities and market interests and our International Days are just one way in which visitors to Ipex can gain the maximum advantage during their stay,” says Trevor Crawford, Ipex 2010 Event Director. “Were already working with over 60 regional trade associations to ensure we cater for the specific needs of visitors, so that they can learn and make use of the latest technologies relevant to them.”
