Quebecor Media Chooses SOHO SPORTS V3 to Collect, Manage and Produce QMI Agency Sports Results

Thursday 22. April 2010 - SOHO SPORTS V3, a subsidiary of SOHO INFORMATIQUE, has been chosen by Quebecor Media to equip QMI Agency and Quebecor Media's numerous free and paid publications across Canada with the SaaS (Software as a Service) technical system.

Quebecor Media is the largest publisher of newspapers in Canada, through its subsidiary Sun Media Corporation.
This software platform, proven and used for over a year, will allow centralized production of all sports pages of QMI Agency while providing the necessary customization of Quebecor Media’s newspapers in their local Canadian market. The data integration on Quebecor Media’s Web portal, Canoe.ca, will be operated by an automatic synchronisation feature.
Rolled out in the summer of 2010, this software solution will capture and synthesize sports results from a wide range of sources and link them across all Quebecor Media’s platforms. Thus QMI Agency will benefit from a state of the art technological tool to deliver timely and reliable content in Canada’s two official languages.
