— How digital mail can be tailored to meet different organizational
privacy policies
— What makes digital mail different from document imaging services
— Key features of Oce Digital Mail

Oce will also showcase its recently announced Oce MPS, a rebranded and significantly enhanced version of the company’s current Oce Universal Fleet Management service. The offering provides enterprises with optimized utilization of document output equipment, better control of document-related expenses and improved operating efficiency. The net impact is a marked reduction in the total cost of office print/copy, which is estimated at three percent of revenue according to such industry analysts as Gartner, IDC and InfoTrends.

“Because companies continue to deal with tough business challenges, many document management professionals are looking for every opportunity to contain costs and improve efficiency,” notes Elizabeth Halaki, chief marketing officer for Oce Business Services. “Our experts are at the convention to help information management executives gain skills in document imaging as well as print/copy center, records and mail management. These skills will enable executives to implement solutions that can give their company the competitive edge it needs to thrive in the days ahead.”
