BASF to increase prices for PVC-Modifiers

Monday 01. February 2010 - Effective March 1st, 2010, or as contracts allow, BASF will increase prices in Europe including CIS countries for Vinuran impact modifiers by €120 per metric ton and for Vinuran processing aids by €80 per metric ton. The price adjustment is necessary due to strongly increased raw material cost.

Vinuran grades are acrylic impact modifiers and acrylic processing aids for the processing of PVC for applications such as window profiles, pipes, sheets and films.
