X-Rite Contest Entrants Show Their ColorMunki Video- & Win

Tuesday 02. March 2010 - Winners Of Side-splitting Videos Featuring ColorMunki On YouTube Get Up To 500 USD Cash Awards - More Prize Money Available, Plus 2,500 USD Grand Prize

X-Rite (NASDAQ: XRIT), Incorporated, the world leader in color management and measurement technologies, announces its first set of monthly prize winners in its Show Us Your Munki contest, which runs through March 31, 2010.

Beginning last October, X-Rite invited everyone to create an amusing video with the X-Rite ColorMunki as a prominent character and submit it on their YouTube channel, offering monthly prizes for the top views as well as a “bad bananas” nod to the worst.

To date, winners are:

October –
$500 – “Colormunki – Silly Humans” by BigMikesChannel for the most views in October.

$25 – “Funny Funky Banana Monkey” by YouTube user Jimmyjumpnjive for the “bad bananas” entry of October.



November –
$500 – “Messin’ With Color Munki” by YouTube user TonyPernice for the most views in November.

$25 – “Monkey Voice of a Generation (Colormunki)” by BigMikesChannel for the “bad bananas” entry of November.



December –
$500 – “A Spacemunki Odyssey” by YouTube user kirbyferguson for the most views in December.

$150 – “Cat Munki (Color Munki Contest Entry)” by YouTube user MrJoThrillz. for the second highest number of views in December.



January –
$500 – “ColorMunki” by Hallmark student Bernard Brzezinski for most views in January.

$150 – “ColorMunki Video Contest Entry” – Hallmark Student Collin Pattison for the second highest number of views in January.



New winners will be announced every month. All monthly winners are eligible for the grand prize of 2,500 USD, awarded at the end of the contest in March.
