CPI Graphics concentrates on Digital Imaging solutions

Thursday 04. February 2010 - We have today (4/2/10) announced the sale of our 'conventional' printing machinery business to Ferrostaal Australia. This sale encompasses the heavy equipment side of the business including Komori Printing Presses, Wohlenberg Guillotines and Perfect Binding Lines, Baumann Handling Equipment and Osako Saddlestitchers. Ferrostaal will be assuming full responsibility for all service and outstanding warranty obligations. Although the sale is still subject to formal documentation it is expected to be concluded in February.

The sale does not include any equipment related to the digital and wide format markets. These products include Morgana and Plockmatic digital print finishing systems, Challenge guillotines and Hewlett Packard Scitex and Designjet range of printers and associated consumables.
