IKON Office Solutions, a Ricoh company, and an established leader in managed and professional services in both the office and production environments, today announced the expansion of its comprehensive managed document services offering. IKON Managed Document Services brings together IKONs strong technology expertise, services and tools to optimize the way document management fleets are deployed and managed, helping organizations reduce total cost of ownership, maximize efficiency, address sustainability, enhance security, and improve business processes. The offering aligns with Ricohs Managed Document Services program, providing direct access to global capabilities. Building on Ricohs “MPS and Beyond” approach, the solution leverages the best practices of Ricoh and IKON to deliver a comprehensive solution that includes a technology platform to manage a multi-vendor fleet, combined with years of experience in solution design and system integration.

IKON also announced today the appointment of Terrie Campbell as Vice President, Managed Document Services to lead IKONs managed document services strategy. In this role, Campbell will support strategic development, technology investments and operational excellence for IKON Managed Document Services. Campbell has more than 15 years experience in leading IKONs managed services programs, most recently serving as IKONs Vice President of Managed Services Operations.
