Océ N.V.: results financial year 2009

Monday 01. February 2010 - Océ confirms that the results for the 2009 financial year are equal to the provisional results that were published on 12 January 2010.

This means total revenues of € 2,648 million, operating income of -€ 15 million and net income of -€ 47 million. These final results are derived from the financial statements as audited by our external accountants.

Dividend 2009
As announced on 12 January 2010, Océ proposes to shareholders that no dividend will be declared over 2009.
