Fujifilm has taken over Diemer & Koch

Monday 14. December 2009 - FUJIFILM Europe GmbH has entered into an agreement to purchase all shares of the company ‘Graphischer Dienst Diemer & Koch GmbH’. Diemer & Koch is engaged in the sale of a wide range of graphic systems products and related supplies and is located in the city of Bielefeld, Germany.

With this takeover and Diemer & Koch becoming a subsidiary within the group, Fujifilm is aiming to strengthen its Graphic Systems Business Domain as one of its core business fields and with it the position in all related current and future product areas.
The acquisition will bring further enhancement for the entire Fujifilm sales force in the German graphic systems market.
